At Arthauss Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure all furniture components are securely repacked in their original boxes; please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have already been assembled.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient date to collect the items from your address, or you may arrange your own tracked courier service to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
